3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping
  • Orders below €49.00: Shipping fee €4.99

  • Orders of €49.00 or more: Free Shipping

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


4. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within:

1–2 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information whenever available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

  • Taking photographs before opening the package

  • Retaining all packaging materials

  • Contacting us within 48 hours of delivery

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
